You get a quote
A written quote with pricing options so you can pick what fits. Quantity drives the price, so the count you give us shapes the quote. We source blanks from SanMar, S&S Activewear, and other major distributors, so if you have a specific brand or cut in mind, we can almost always find it.
25% deposit unlocks mockups
Once the deposit lands, we create mockups and work through revisions with you until the design is right. The deposit comes off your final invoice. Need original artwork? We can add a mascot, mark, or illustration to the project at this stage.
100% due before print
You sign off on the mockup and pay the balance. Final payment locks in your garment prices and sends the order to production. Door-to-door from payment, standard production runs 2 to 3 weeks.

Custom illustration is an add-on to any apparel project. Original mascots, hand-drawn marks, mock-metal lettering, full back-print illustrations, drawn specifically for your line, not pulled from a stock library.
Already have art? We'll prep it for print, no extra charge. Need it from scratch? Add original illustration to the project at the mockup stage, or if the art is the whole project, start there instead: see Design. Standalone artwork and logo projects work differently, those are paid before work begins: 100% upfront under $1,000, with a deposit to start on larger packages.

What we don't do: one-piece custom tees or screen printing runs under 25 pieces. For those, we'll point you to someone who can help you out. Other products — headwear, outerwear, drinkware, and specialty items — have their own minimums. Bring your number and we will confirm what works at the quote stage. Standard production runs 2 to 3 weeks. Rush turnaround is available for an additional fee.
